VOREXIS (“the App”) is a mobile arcade game published by Tyco Software (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use VOREXIS on iOS or Android, how we use it, and your choices.
Package / Bundle ID: com.talhacosar.vorexis. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 On-device game data
- Scores, coins, cosmetics progress, mission progress, settings, and preferences stored locally on your device.
- We do not require an account to start playing.
1.2 Account & cloud services
- Firebase Authentication: The App may create an anonymous session (and later optional sign-in) so progress, purchases, and leaderboard features can sync securely.
- Cloud Firestore: May store purchase grants, score sessions, inbox messages, and related live-ops data tied to your user ID.
- We do not store your payment card details. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
1.3 Automatically collected data
- Device & diagnostics: Device model, OS version, language, crash/performance signals (e.g. via Firebase).
- Analytics events: Aggregated gameplay and feature events (e.g. run start/end, shop view, mission progress). We do not log unnecessary personal content or raw input streams as PII.
- Push notifications: If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may use a device token to deliver live-ops / season messages.
- Advertising identifiers: If ads are enabled in a future release, advertising IDs may be used by AdMob according to your platform consent (e.g. ATT on iOS).

3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, and related tools) — Firebase Privacy

- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and billing.
Each provider processes data under its own policy. We configure these services to support the App’s features and store compliance.
4. Advertising
VOREXIS may display ads through Google AdMob (for example rewarded or interstitial ads). Ads may be turned off at launch and enabled later via configuration. On iOS we respect App Tracking Transparency choices. You can also manage ad preferences in your device settings. A “Remove Ads” product may be offered when ads are active.
5. Data retention & security
- Local data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear App data.
- Cloud data is retained while needed to operate features (progress, grants, anti-cheat score review) or as required by law.
- We use industry-standard protections such as TLS in transit and access-controlled backends.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it where appropriate.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email dev.talhacosar@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
8. International transfers
Our providers (including Google) may process data in data centers outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by those providers.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
